This game launched about a month after I started grad school. I sat in a locked undergraduate lab half an hour before class to download the game (I didn't have internet at my apartment yet because I was being epic and off the grid), and the subsequent decade zoomed by relentlessly. Thanks to the experience growth cutoff, I actually made it to a terrifying level before EoS. If you see this post before the game finally dies, you can add me, but I don't know if it will do any of us any good now.

Switch 2

Due to pesky but well-meaning interlopers collaborating on mysterious birthday packages, I ended up with a Switch 2 when it was barely a month old. My thanks and curses to them; on my own I might have been able to finally resist a console this time! My Switch Online name made a lot more sense back in 2017 when I was playing Mario Kart.

I really should revive this setup. Two of those pieces of furniture did not survive my last move, but there's no lack of cheap shelving at the thriftstore.

SFC CD-ROM Adapter

I have one of these but it doesn't work right. Never figured it out. Maybe I'll get back to it at some point?

Xbox Live

I never had an Xbox as a kid and therefore did not have an Xbox Live account. I did however find one on the side of the road in June 2023, so now I have a very period-aesthetic paperweight into which I can occasionally pop in Ultramix 1-3.

Misc

Steam

Industrious hunters can find my extremely active Steam account. With hindsight, Steam was always an AIM replacement for me... Alas, it never turned out to be the chat client it could have been. I might never log into this again. All I wanted to play was Super Amazing Wagon Adventure anyway.

Shark

If you don't know what this is for, you weren't around to see me with zoochosis in 2023. At the risk of stating the obvious, this game's soundtrack is a mix of Creed and Marilyn Manson's The Pale Emperor.
