I took too many of these over the decade of the Switch. I'll slowly start putting some of my favorites on this page.
Right now this is a violent WIP. It's a bit dizzying to look at all of these images scrolling by at once. A few alternatives have occurred to me: make a subpage for every game (not ideal), or build a whole new interface that allows you to click "next" and "previous" to scroll through images, rather than the automatic vertiginous marquee. That sounds like a lot of work though... Let me know if you have any good ideas!
There are lots of games to add screenshots and brief memories for. I'd gladly prioritize one of these if anyone is interested, but for now I will let them trickle out as Clio dictates.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land: Switch 2 Edition

Another Kirby game. Back on the Switch I passed on this one since I had played two others on the console already. A few days ago I found the Switch 2 copy for 75% off (who the hell would pay $80.00 for something like this!?) and that seemed like a sign.
The game is a very standard latter day Kirby, despite the hullabaloo about it having the first fully 3D world in the franchise. If you haven't played one of these games in a while, it's fine, but there are better ones out there.
It's also incredibly easy. I finished the whole thing in a few days and got all of the collectibles. Usually the best part of these games is the challenge that the arena provides, but here it was sinfully easy to scrub everything.
Unfortunately, video games feel the need to force "plot" into everything. Here, it was a combination of lolscience and furries. Developers mercifully give you the option to skip cutscenes these days, so I can't tell you anything that actually happens. I also played a lot of this game muted, because operatic vocals in video games are baaaaaaarrrrf. Buy Kirby Air Riders instead.

Naptime simulator. The advertisements for this game were accurate; the central game mechanic is figuring out how to optimally fit in micronaps on the battlefield. This was a fun game that I think came out while everyone was still too excited about Tears of the Kingdom (which I still do not own and probably will not get around to playing at this point). I generally prefer the 2D Zelda games; before I started this game I thought "First I had better pop in Linky no Wakeup and play around for a few minutes" and only after dungeon five did I admit to myself that I'd be finishing the whole game. They are charming in a way that the "modern" games miss. Now if only they'd give Ages and Seasons the same treatment...

Bad game, fun gameplay. Too bad I put so many hours on this just before the Switch 2 and its free performance patch. This was mostly a selfie simulator. In late 2022 I wrote a review for friends where I gathered all of the glitches and general jankiness from the first week after release and I didn't actually play myself for another two years. That review did not exercise any sort of censorship or subset of my writing voice (I had not yet figured out that I need to jump between different voices for different contexts) and is probably too raw to post on a public site...
